Below is a sample of the screen the insured sees after submitting.  The following also happens:

  • confirmation email goes to the insured

  • email goes to service team member with CSR24 Service request in the subject line

  • SYNC activity attaches to EPIC as closed as you will want to use the activity from the endorsement workflow – the email serves as your reminder to do the change or contact the insured.
