Request to Edit Vehicle

NOTE: Vehicles on policy would show. After selecting a vehicle the insured would see the following screen. 

Below is the confirmation screen and what the client and Service team will see after the submit button is clicked. 

  • Email to insured confirming request details – comes from service team member

  • Email to Service team with same details – CSR 24 service request in subject

  • SYNC activity attaches to EPIC as closed to record transaction. You will want to use the Activity from the applicable workflow to actually record the change.
