
CLIENT CONNECT - BROKER PARTNER ON-BOARDING
Client Connect is included for all Navacord Broker Partners using EPIC. Client connect is a self service portal where clients can have access to their policy documents and take advantage of self service features such as issuing pink cards and certificates. The process to set up Client Connect can take a little while, however we have simplified the steps for providing the information required so the Navacord team can get Broker Partners set up .
Appoint a Client Connect Champion - Brokerage Principal
Broker Principals can review the one page overview for the Client Connect launch process for details on the process. Once this is reviewed Select a client connect champion who will be responsible for being the primary liaison between the Brokerage and the Navacord Client Connect Team.

Complete the Initial Details Form - Client Connect Champion
The client connect champion will be emailed the on-boarding steps as soon as they are assigned as the Client Connect Champion. The first step is to complete some initial details about the Brokerage to get the URL set up for the Client connect portal.
SUBMIT INITIAL SET UP DETAILS

You will need your D-U-N-S number and a contact name for a principal at your Brokerage who will be able to authorize apple to deal with IT management with respect to the Apple Developer License - your accounting dept may have your DUNS number or you can look it up by visiting https://www.dnb.com/ca-en/duns-number.html
